As part of the incentives offered by the 110% Superbonus,
the Group was also set up to carry out a variety of turnkey redevelopment projects throughout the year.
The Group hopes to serve as a true hub for the coordination of the various actors involved in the redevelopment works,
from the diagnosis of energy needs to the development of projects to the coordination of the workers involved,
up to the supervision of the many administrative aspects, including the management of the certifications required to take advantage of tax incentives. This is made possible by the tax credit transfer mechanism introduced last year and the knowledge of its Energy Service Companies.

Gas Sales’ business is the sale of gas and electricity, which is constantly growing and is currently active in the provinces of Brescia, Cremona, Lodi, Parma, Piacenza, and Reggio Emilia. The business can provide energy services that are specifically tailored to its many target clients, which include residential users, condominiums, businesses, and governmental entities. The company has 22 helpdesks to ensure maximum proximity to the area. The company has 55 offices on the territory, a mobile office, and customer service that has been identified as the clearest and quickest by the most current study of the Electricity Authority, Gas, and the Water System to ensure maximum proximity to the territory.

Astolia srl is specialized in running and maintaining thermal plants in both residential and production buildings.
Today, the business has further diversified into the nearby hydraulic, thermohydraulic, electrical, ecological, and lastly, the construction industry, where it has achieved good results.

Bluenergy Assistance is the operational division that deals with post-counter services synergistic to the activities of Bluenergy Group in the regions located in the North-East of Italy. The development of advanced thermohydraulic systems, thermal power plants, cogeneration systems, and control systems for comfort and
energy efficiency are all part of its activity.
The company is licenced to operate as an ESCo (Energy Service Company) in accordance with UNI 11352 and has obtained certifications for ISO9001 and ISO14001, as well as certificates of qualification for the execution of public works (SOA) in the industry in which it operates.

In order to satisfy the needs of a variety of public and private clients, Ciel, was founded in 2000 and then joined the Group in 2010. It gradually increased its activity in the area of electrical plant engineering using equipment and materials that were constantly at the cutting edge of technology, to meet the needs of public and private customers. Today, Ciel is a strong and organised reality that is geared towards the growth of renewable energy sources like photovoltaics, water, and wind. It is also capable of successfully competing in the market and satisfying the needs of the most renowned customers, both public and private.

The Home Service division offers a variety of water dispensers that can be used in homes, offices, bars, restaurants and huge communities to suit the demands of people living in both private and public spaces.

A historical thermohydraulic company operating in the Milan market, with a focus on the installation of heating and air conditioning systems, heat management and maintenance. It was founded in 1985, it directs customers towards innovative and energy-efficient solutions based on their real needs.

Established in 2016, it primarily focuses on consulting activities and energy efficiency services, also through the Energy Service Company mode. Specifically: promotion of private initiative project financing; energy-efficient of industrial and public lighting systems; operating leases of plants; energy requalification of condominiums with tax credit transfer; energy diagnosis and feasibility analysis and sizing for photovoltaic and thermal plants.

Gas Sales Tech is a historic Piacenza company dedicated to the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems, with a focus on the retail channel. Gas Sales Tech srl treats the top brands, including those that are authorised for resale, and offers prompt, accurate assistance.

The provinces of Savona, Imperia, Alessandria, and Parma are the primary markets for Gas and Light sold by Liguria Gas Service srl, a company situated in Cairo Montenotte (SV).

Arca Gas srl provides Energy, Natural Gas and energy efficiency plans to the corporate, business and domestic segments. It is active throughout the country but operates mainly in Lombardy and Veneto.

Ethica Global Investments SpA (EGI) is a project that began in 2017 and in which the CGI Group is involved with a participation of 4%. Its goal is the acquisition and professional administration of shareholdings in Italian businesses with growth potential.

2019 saw significant advancements in new fields such as instruments for the automation of diagnostic investigation procedures and preventive medicine thanks to the beginning of the relationship with Menarini Diagnostics. With the use of automation and cutting-edge robotics, Logibiotech’s goal is to enhance the manipulation and traceability processes in the biotechnological/diagnostic industry.

Bluservice srl was founded with the goal of assisting the operational activities of the technical companies of the CGI group, with a focus on providing technical and financial consulting to help people get access to the various tax incentives related to interventions on properties, as permitted by the regulations in force.

Biorenova SpA is an innovative SME, that is working to create two unique circular economy technologies aimed at promoting the achievement of the sustainable development goals adopted at international level.
