CGI Holding S.r.l. was established in 2024 and is headquartered in Alseno (Province of Piacenza, Italy). The company was founded to manage the Curti family’s real estate activities through the acquisition of properties and small companies.
The mission of the Group, of which CGI is the holding company, is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in the supply of natural gas, electricity, and related services through innovative and sustainable solutions.
CGI has always been committed to investing in initiatives that benefit local communities. Its support for social, cultural, and sports initiatives reflects the company’s commitment to creating opportunities for people to come together and enhancing the overall well-being of the communities it serves.

THE JOURNEY TOWARDS GENDER EQUALITY
With the aim of carrying out its mission in the best possible way and consistently with its strategic vision, CGI has decided to adopt a Gender Equality Management System (GEMS) in compliance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, as an effective tool to ensure gender equality and the professional growth of women, promoting an inclusive culture and the implementation of processes capable of fostering women’s empowerment, as well as the complete rejection of any form of physical, verbal, or digital abuse (harassment) in the workplace.
CGI is committed to:

  • to adopt measures to prevent any form of gender discrimination and to combat any act that undermines the dignity of personnel, regardless of their role or level of responsibility;
  • to value diversity in every business process: from the recruitment and selection of human resources to access to training, from the definition of remuneration policies to performance evaluation and the allocation of reward systems, from the selection of suppliers to the provision of services and the supply of products;
  • to support the family welfare of its employees in order to promote a balance between professional activities and private life;
  • to promote information, awareness-raising, and employee engagement initiatives on the topics of equal opportunities and women’s empowerment;
  • to promote communication that transparently expresses the commitment to achieving gender equality, valuing diversity, and supporting women’s empowerment.

The Gender Equality Policy is communicated and disseminated to all personnel and interested parties through internal communication and publication on the Company’s official website.
