The mission of the C.G.I. Group is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in the supply of gas, energy, and services through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Customers of the Group are offered the opportunity to choose energy supplies generated from renewable sources, and various energy efficiency solutions are continuously promoted in the fields of heating, plumbing, and LED lighting for both large and small facilities.
During the financial year, the Group also structured itself to implement a wide range of turnkey redevelopment projects within the framework of the incentives provided by the Superbonus 110% scheme. Thanks to the tax credit transfer mechanism introduced in the previous year and the expertise of its ESCOs, the Group aims to act as a true hub for coordinating the various parties involved in redevelopment works, from the assessment of energy needs, to project development, to the coordination of the workforce involved, through to the supervision of the numerous administrative aspects, including the management of the certifications required to benefit from the tax incentives.

Its proximity to customers is ensured through a network of 61 customer service offices and branches across the local area, a mobile office, and a Customer Service department recognised for its clarity and responsiveness, consistently ranking among the industry’s top performers. 278.900 Number of Customers: 566 million Revenue: On 26 March 2024, Fair Energy S.r.L. was established as a holding company to support the development of its subsidiary, Energentium Società Benefit S.r.L., which was incorporated on 28 November 2023. The business project aims to expand energy sales across different geographic markets while progressively broadening its shareholder base through a diversified, multi-shareholder ownership structure. This approach reflects the specific social and sustainability objectives at the core of the company's mission. With an initial share capital of €100,000, on 8 April 2024 Fair Energy S.r.L. acquired 100% of the share capital of Energentium Società Benefit S.r.L. from its sole shareholder, Bluenergy Group S.p.A. 4.3 million Revenue: Astolia S.r.l. is an Energy Service Company (ESCo) operating primarily in the Lombardy region, providing a wide range of post-meter services, including the management, maintenance, and refurbishment of heating and plumbing systems. The company was established through the integration of several of Lombardy’s leading energy service providers and has positioned itself as a modern, dynamic, and reliable business. Astolia is committed to fostering strong customer relationships and supporting local communities by leveraging its extensive expertise and well-established regional presence. 50.8 million Revenue: Bluenergy Assistance S.r.l. is the operating division responsible for post-meter services that complement the activities of Bluenergy Group S.p.A. in North-Eastern Italy. More recently, as part of its strategy to expand and complete its range of technological solutions, the company has also introduced the design and installation of small- and medium-sized photovoltaic systems. Today, Ciel S.r.l. is a solid and well-structured company, capable of competing effectively in the market and meeting the requirements of leading public and private clients on major and complex projects, with a strong focus on the development of renewable energy solutions in the photovoltaic, hydroelectric, and wind power sectors. Revenue: 6.5 million Alongside its energy-related services, the Home Service division offers a range of water dispensers for homes and offices, designed to meet both personal and professional needs and suitable for use in homes, offices, bars, restaurants, and community facilities. The collaboration focused on identifying the technologies best suited to the project's specific requirements, carrying out the technical assessment of the photovoltaic system with a view to maximizing on-site self-consumption, and evaluating the potential of additional technologies and solutions that support the energy transition, including battery energy storage systems and renewable energy communities. Launched in 2017, the project includes a 3.7% interest held by CGI Holding S.r.l. Ethica Global Investments S.p.A. (EGI) focuses on the acquisition and professional management of equity interests in Italian companies with growth potential.
