The mission of the C.G.I. Group is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in the supply of gas, energy, and services through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Customers of the Group are offered the opportunity to choose energy supplies generated from renewable sources, and various energy efficiency solutions are continuously promoted in the fields of heating, plumbing, and LED lighting for both large and small facilities.
During the financial year, the Group also structured itself to implement a wide range of turnkey redevelopment projects within the framework of the incentives provided by the Superbonus 110% scheme. Thanks to the tax credit transfer mechanism introduced in the previous year and the expertise of its ESCOs, the Group aims to act as a true hub for coordinating the various parties involved in redevelopment works, from the assessment of energy needs, to project development, to the coordination of the workforce involved, through to the supervision of the numerous administrative aspects, including the management of the certifications required to benefit from the tax incentives.

La società è in continua espansione e al momento svolge la propria attività nelle province di Brescia, Cremona, Lodi, Parma, Piacenza e Reggio Emilia. La società è in grado di offrire servizi energetici tagliati su misura per i diversi target di clientela, i quali comprendono il cliente domestico, il condominio, le aziende e gli enti pubblici. Bluenergy Assistance s.r.l. è la divisione operativa che si occupa dei servizi post-contatore sinergici alle attività di Bluenergy Group s.p.a. nelle regioni situate a Nord-Est dell'Italia. L’attività prevede lo sviluppo di impianti termoidraulici ad alta tecnologia, centrali termiche, sistemi di cogenerazione e sistemi di controllo per il comfort e il risparmio energetico. La Società è certificata ISO9001, ISO14001, è dotata delle attestazioni di qualificazione per l'esecuzione di lavori pubblici (SOA) nel settore in cui opera ed è certificata secondo la UNI 11352 per poter operare in qualità di ESCo (Energy Service Company).

Bluenergy Assistance S.r.l. is the operational division responsible for post-meter services that complement the activities of Bluenergy Group S.p.A. in the regions of North-Eastern Italy. Its activities include the development of high-technology heating and plumbing systems, heating plants, cogeneration systems, and control systems for comfort and energy efficiency. The Company is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, holds SOA qualifications for the execution of public works in the sector in which it operates, and is certified in accordance with UNI 11352 to operate as an ESCo (Energy Service Company).

Established in 2000 and becoming part of the Group in 2010, Ciel S.r.l. has progressively expanded its business by developing its activities in the electrical systems sector through the use of state-of-the-art materials and technologies to meet the needs of a diverse public and private customer base. Today, Ciel S.r.l. is a solid and well-structured company, capable of competing effectively in the market and meeting the needs of its most prestigious public and private clients through major and complex projects, while focusing on the development of renewable energy in the photovoltaic, hydroelectric, and wind sectors.

The Home Service division offers a variety of water dispensers that can be used in homes, offices, bars, restaurants and huge communities to suit the demands of people living in both private and public spaces.

Established in 2017, this project includes a 3.7% shareholding by CGI Holding S.r.l. Ethica Global Investments S.p.A. (EGI) focuses on the acquisition and professional management of equity interests in Italian companies with growth potential.
